THOUGHT PROVOKER is an independent web based discussion forum with the purpose to educate the reader to the human potential for living successfully with blindness. Each Provoker covers a specific issue relating to blindness; any level of blindness having an effect upon the life of an individual. Issues presented in THOUGHT PROVOKER are encapsulated in a short-short story with a thesis statement demanding a sharing of thought. Responses are compiled and listed within each THOUGHT PROVOKER and posted here for all the world to read and learn from.

2008 Dr. Jacob Bolotin Award Recipient

I was awarded one of the first ever Dr. Jacob Bolotin Awards for my work with THOUGHT PROVOKER. These awards are given to recognize outstanding individual and organizational achievements in the blindness field. The awards are to be presented annually by the National Federation of the Blind with support from the Alfred and Rosalind Perlman Trust.
